Ingredients (8)

50.00 g pistachio nuts — shelled and chopped
50.00 g honey
350.00 g ricotta cheese
100.00 g mixed citrus peel
150.00 g wafer biscuits — chocolate
liqueur — or fruit juice
thick greek yoghurt — decorate
orange — candied peel

Method:

Mix nuts, honey, ricotta cheese and candied peel.
Crush biscuits and divide half between 6 small ramekins. Drizzle liqueur over. Spoon cheese mixture on top. Top with remaining crushed biscuits.
Decorate with Greek yoghurt and candied orange peel.
