Ingredients (12)

500.00 g pasta — shell
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
6.00 celery stalks — chopped
2.00 fresh chives — bunch, chopped
2.00 cucumber — peeled, deseeded, chopped
fresh parsley
30.00 ml wholegrain mustard
10.00 ml honey
500.00 ml mayonnaise — low oil
10.00 ml lemon juice
salt and freshly ground back pepper
parmesan cheese — shavings

Method:

Cook the pasta in plenty of rapidly boiling salted water until firm but tender. Drain and drizzle with the olive oil. Mix lightly and leave to cool. Add the celery, chives and cucumber. Blend the parsley, mustard, honey, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt and freshly ground black together and pour over the pasta. Mix lightly and scatter with Parmesan cheese shavings.
Serves 8-10.
