Creamy paprika chicken

    onion, finely chopped

    leeks, cleaned and sliced
  • 1
    large clove garlic, crushed
  • oil for frying
  • 1
    chicken pieces
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

    tomato paste
  • 250
    dry white wine
  • 100
    sour cream


Fry the onion, leeks and garlic in heated oil until soft. Remove from the pan and set aside. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and brown in the oil, Reduce the heat and add the onion mixture and all the remaining ingredients except the sour cream. Simmer slowly until the chicken is done and completely tender. Remove from the heat, and leave for a few minutes before stirring in the sour cream. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
