Ingredients (6)

410.00 g cream of chicken soup
350.00 ml water — hot
200.00 ml milk
410.00 g sweetcorn
3.00 ml lemon and pepper spice
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Blend cream of chicken soup with water and milk.
Process sweetcorn in the food processor and add.
Season with lemon pepper and salt and pepper to taste, if necessary. Bring soup to the boil and simmer.
