Ingredients (5)

190.00 ml thick cream — chilled
30.00 ml sugar
250.00 g dark chocolate — chopped
1.00 Litres milk
8.00 marshmallows

Method:

Heat cream, sugar, chocolate and milk in a saucepan, stirring until mixture starts to simmer.
Pour into 4 bowls and pop 2 marshmallows into each to melt. Serve.
