425.00 g cream of mushroom soup
200.00 g prawns
500.00 ml water
250.00 ml cream
1.00 lemon — zest and juice
25.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
30.00 ml fresh chives — finely chopped

Method:

Blend the cream of mushroom soup, prawns and their liquid, water and cream in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with lemon rind and juice and sprinkle with the parsley and chives.
Serve with bread.
Serves 2-3.
