Ingredients (10)

50.00 g butter — or margerine
1.00 onion — chopped
250.00 g mushrooms — sliced
60.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
5.00 ml freshly ground black pepper
50.00 ml flour — cake
500.00 ml stock — vegetable or chicken
250.00 ml cream
20.00 ml sherry
50.00 g cheddar cheese — grated

Method:

Melt butter for 1 minute at 100 per cent power. Stir in the onion, mushrooms, parsley and black pepper.
Cover and microwave for 5 minutes at 100 per cent power. Stir twice during the cooking process.
Add the flour and chicken stock and microwave for 2 minutes at 100 per cent power.
Add the cream, sherry and cheese and stir well. Microwave for 2 minutes at 100 per cent power.
