Crayfish curry

    crayfish tails
  • 2
    shakes curry powder
  • 2
    shakes garlic salt
  • 4
    glugs sunflower oil
  • 1
    shake pepper
  • 1
    shake turmeric
  • 6
    shakes worcestershire sauce
  • 4
    shakes chutney
  • Salt to taste


15 mins
Mix all the sauce ingredients and marinate the crayfish.

Braai gently over the coals for 15 minutes, all the while brushing the crayfish with your sauce.

Cut into diagonal slices and serve.
