Cranberry, banana and oat muffins

Ingredients (10)

75 g oats — rolled
125 g flour — plain
1 Tbs Baking powder
50 g castor sugar
100 g dried cranberries
1 pinch mixed spice — ground
1 bananas — mashed
1 eggs — beaten
150 ml sunflower oil
150 ml milk — full-fat

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease muffin tin or line with cases.

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix the oil, milk and egg. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly

Spoon into the prepared muffin tins, to about 3/4 full.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until risen and golden brown.
