Ingredients (7)

2.00 baked beans — tinned,
500.00 g pork — low fat, chicken, vegetarian sausages
1.00 red chilli — minced
15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
1.00 onion — chopped
400.00 g tinned tomatoes — whole peeled, chopped
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and chilli until soft – about 5 minutes.
Add baked beans, canned tomatoes and sausages (left whole, cut into chunks or remove from casing and roll into balls), and cover.
Simmer gently for about five to eight minutes until sausages are cooked.
Serve with crusty bread and a green salad.
