Ingredients (4)

400.00 ml water
5.00 ml salt
15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
250.00 g couscous

Method:

Bring the water to the boil in a 2,5 litre pot.
Add the salt, oil and couscous.
Remove from the heat, stir and cover.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes then return to the heat and cook over medium heat, stirring with a fork, for 3-5 minutes.
