Coupe Mount Kenya

  • 2
    ripe mangos
  • 1
    heavy cream
  • a ½ a cup of sugar
  • 2
    lemon peel
  • a ½ a cup of condensed milk
  • ½ a tsp of salt


Mash teh ripe mangos, peeled and pitted. There should be 2 cups. Whip the heavy cream with the sugar until stiff.

In a 2-quart bowl combine 2 cups mashed mangos, lemon peel, condensed milk and salt. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour into freezer trays or a 6-cup mold and freeze.
