Ingredients (5)

250.00 ml cream
410.00 g evaporated milk — chilled
397.00 g condensed milk — tinned
10.00 ml vanilla — extract
12.00 Turkish delight — chopped

Method:

Beat the cream until thick and stiff.
In a separate bowl, beat the evaporated milk until thick and foamy.
Fold the two creams together and stir in the condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Pour into a metal container and push the pieces of Turkish delight into the mixture.
Then freeze for 2 1/2 hours or until set around the edges but soft in the centre.
Beat with electric beaters, then freeze for three to four hours, or overnight, until firm.
Serve in chocolate-dipped sugar cones (make them by dipping each cone halfway up into melted dark chocolate, then stand them upright in glasses until set).
