Ingredients (6)

225.00 butter — or margerine
125.00 castor sugar
196.00 g condensed milk
2.00 vanilla — essence
750.00 flour
0.00 salt — pinch

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 °C.

Cream butter and castor sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the Nestlé Condensed Milk and vanilla, beat well.

Sift flour and salt together and gradually add to the creamed mixture to form a soft dough.

Use as required, rolling into balls or rolled out and cut into shapes with cookie cutters.

Bake for 10 – 15 minutes until golden brown.
