Ingredients (9)

15.00 ml peanut oil — or sesame oil
250.00 ml cabbage — red, shredded
250.00 ml watermelon — shredded
125.00 ml ginger — pickled
5.00 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
60.00 ml vinegar — rice wine
20.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
0.00 fresh coriander — to garnish

Method:

Heat the oil in a large pan or wok and stir-fry the cabbage for two minutes.
Add the ginger, garlic, vinegar and coriander and sauté for another minutes.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Season and garnish with fresh coriander.
