Ingredients (8)

6.00 bread — sliced wholewheat
2.00 cabbage — shredded
1.00 carrots — strips
4.00 mushrooms — sliced
1.00 tomatoes — sliced
50.00 ml raisins
50.00 ml mixed bean sprouts — optional
50.00 ml yoghurt — plain

Method:

Arrange all the vegetables on 3 slices of bread. Sprinkle the raisins and bean sprouts on top and top with the yoghurt. Cover with the other 2-3 slices bread and slice the sandwiches. Wrap in wax paper.
Serves 2-3.
