Coffee fudge bananas

    brazil nuts, roughly chopped
  • 2
    large ripe bananas
  • 500
    Greek yoghurt
  • 100
    soft brown sugar
  • 10
    instant Nescafé coffee powder

Lightly toast the nuts under the grill or in a frying pan. Peel and slice bananas into thin rounds and combine with yoghurt. Divide between 4 individual glasses. Mix together the sugar and coffee powder and sprinkle evenly over the yoghurt. Leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until the sugar becomes sauce-like. Sprinkle nuts over the top just before serving. Serves 4.
