50.00 g brazil nuts — roughly chopped
2.00 bananas — large, ripe
500.00 ml yoghurt — Greek
100.00 ml brown sugar — soft
10.00 ml nescafé instant coffee granules

Method:

Lightly toast the nuts under the grill or in a frying pan. Peel and slice bananas into thin rounds and combine with yoghurt. Divide between 4 individual glasses.
Mix together the sugar and coffee powder and sprinkle evenly over the yoghurt. Leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until the sugar becomes sauce-like. Sprinkle nuts over the top just before serving. Serves 4.
