Citrus: juice and peel

  • citrus fruit


Pick the skin in several places. Place fruit on a microwave turntable. Heat on high 15 to 30 seconds and then squeeze. To dry citrus peel: scrub well, spread pieces on paper towel and heat on high for 1 minute, turning once.
