Ingredients (4)

2.00 cinnamon — stick
200.00 ml sugar
200.00 ml water
coffee

Method:

Heat all the ingredients, except the coffee, until the sugar has dissolved. Leave for a few hours. Remove the cinnamon sticks and store in the fridge in a glass container until needed. Add a little of the syrup to a cup of hot black coffee and enjoy as is without milk.
Enough for 7-l 0 cups of coffee.
