Ciabatta crostini

    ciabatta loaf (Italian bread loaf)
  • 45
    olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 180
    green olive tapenade
  • 10
    cherry tomatoes, tapenade
  • 24
    basil leaves
  • 180
    pesto sauce


15 minutes
Cut bread into 24 slices. Arrange on a baking sheet, brush slices with oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in preheated 200 ºC oven for 15 minutes, until browned. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool. Spread a little tapenade over each slice and top with a cherry tomato slice. Dip each basil leaf into the pesto sauce and lay on top, then serve.
