Method:
Place a breadboard on a flat, firm surface. Place a slice of bread on the board. Position a Christmas tree-shaped cookie cutter on the slice. Press the cookie cutter down firmly. (If the cookie cutter isn’t sharp you may have to pull the bread away from the edges of the cutter). For each sandwich, cut out two pieces of bread. Spread the filling of your choice on one slice and place the other on top. (Save any remaining pieces of bread to use for stuffing the turkey).
