Ingredients (4)

2.00 ice cream — vanilla
500.00 ml fruitcake — cut into small pieces
10.00 cherries — Maraschino, quartered
10.00 cherries — green, quartered

Method:

Remove ice cream from the freezer and allow to soften.
Once soft, stir in the remaining ingredients to distribute evenly.
Spoon mixture back into the ice cream container and freeze until hard. Serve decorated with maraschino cherries.
