Chorizo, baby tomato and goats cheese pasta

Ingredients (5)

1/2 pasta — whole wheat spaghetti
1/2 chorizo — thinly sliced
2 garlic — cloves, peeled, thinly sliced
1/2 baby tomatoes — halved
1 garlic goats cheese

Method:

Pan fry the tomato, garlic and chorizo in butter or canola oil for a minute or two.
Toss in the spaghetti that you’ve cooked (about 8-10 mins) and crumble over the goats cheese.
Glug some extra virgin olive oil over the top and season well with black pepper and a pinch of Maldon salt.
