2.00 bread — olive
15.00 ml pesto — basil
1.00 chorizo sausage — sliced
rocket — to serve
1.00 mozzarella cheese — fres buffalo, sliced
olive oil — extra virgin, to serve
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
olives — green, stuffed with feta, to serve

Method:

Spread cut surfaces of rolls with pesto.
Pack with chorizo, rocket and cheese.
Drizzle oil over, season and serve with olives.
