Ingredients (8)

200.00 g digestive biscuits — or Tennis biscuits
60.00 ml cocoa powder
250.00 ml icing sugar
100.00 g mixed nuts — chopped
250.00 ml coconut
200.00 g margarine — melted
60.00 ml rum — or brandy
chocolate — vermicelli, coconut or crushed biscuits for rolling

Method:

Crush biscuits into fine crumbs. Combine the crumbs, cocoa, icing sugar, nuts and coconut. Pour into melted margarine, add rum and mix. Allow to cool slightly then roll into balls. Roll in vermicelli, coconut or biscuit crumbs. Store in the fridge.
