Ingredients (5)

200.00 g dark chocolate — broken into squares
200.00 g cream — thick
50.00 g butter
30.00 ml brandy — or sherry
0.00 cocoa powder

Method:

Heat the chocolate, cream and butter in a glass bowl over a saucepan with simmering water or in the microwave on 50 percent power until the chocolate has melted. Stir occasionally.
Cool slightly, then stir in the brandy. Cover and leave to cool.
When completely cold, sift a small heap of cocoa powder onto a plate.
Drop teaspoonfuls of the chocolate mixture in the cocoa powder and gently roll into balls.
Place each ball in a paper cup and chill for 12 hours.
Serve with coffee and liqueur.
