Ingredients (8)

80.00 g butter — melted
200.00 g romany creams — crushed
FILLING
500.00 ml cream — fresh, chilled
100.00 ml milk
90.00 g instant pudding — chocolate
15.00 ml sugar
15.00 ml rum
chocolate — vermicelli

Method:

Spray a 24 cm pie dish with non-stick spray. Mix the ingredients for the
crust and press into the bottom of the pie dish. Whisk the cream, milk,
chocolate pudding, sugar and rum together until thick. Pour over the set crust and chill until stiff. Sprinkle with chocolate vermicelli.
Makes a medium-sized tart.
