Ingredients (8)

CRUST
200.00 g tennis biscuits
30.00 ml butter — melted
FILLING
80.00 g jelly — lime
200.00 ml water — boiled
380.00 g Nestlé Caramel Treat
250.00 g cottage cheese — smooth
250.00 ml cream — fresh, whipped to stiff peaks
150.00 g chocolate — mint flavoured, grated

Method:

Spray a 26 cm pie dish with non-stick spray.
Crush the Tennis biscuits and mix with the butter. Line the base and sides of the pie dish with the crumb mixture. Chill until needed.
Dissolve the jelly powder in the water, stirring until dissolved. Cool slightly.
Add the caramel condensed milk and mix well. Add the cottage cheese and fold in the cream.
Mix in half the chocolate and turn the filling into the prepared crust. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top. Chill until set.
Makes a large tart.
