Chocolate ice cream balls

  • chocolate ice cream
  • toffee ice cream
  • vanilla ice cream
  • 175
    milk chocolate
  • 175
    dark chocolate
  • 175
    white chocolate


Using a melon baller or teaspoon, arrange 12 balls of each flavour of ice cream on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Freeze until very hard.
Melt each kind of chocolate separately and cool slightly.
Insert a cocktail stick into into each ice cream ball, dip briefly in the melted chocolate and return to the freezer.
To serve, fill a bowl with ice cubes and place the ice cream balls in a smaller bowl on top.
