Ingredients (3)

565.00 g litchis — tinned or fresh
50.00 g ginger — preserve, chopped
200.00 g dark chocolate — and flaked almonds, to garnish

Method:

Grease and line a baking tray.
Drain the litchis well and fill each with a small pieces of ginger or a maraschino cherry.
Melt the chocolate and dip in the litchis one at a time.
Lift carefully with two forks to drain excess chocolate.
Place on the prepared baking tray and decorate with an almond sliver.
Chill to set.
