Ingredients (6)

500.00 ml milk
45.00 ml sugar
70.00 ml custard powder
100.00 g dark chocolate — grated
40.00 g cream — powder

Method:

Heat 450 ml of the milk to just below boiling point.
Mix the sugar and custard with the remaining 50 ml milk to form a smooth paste. Add a little of the hot milk and mix well. Return everything to the hot milk in the saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer until the custard thickens and is cooked.
Remove from the heat and add the grated chocolate, stirring until melted. Cool the chocolate custard to room temperature and place in the fridge to cool completely.
Prepare the cream powder according to the instructions on the packet and beat until stiff. Carefully fold half the prepared cream into the cold chocolate custard.
Spoon the custard into small cups, spreading evenly. Top each dessert with a spoonful of the remaining prepared cream and dust with a little cocoa powder.
Serve immediately.
