375.00 ml	potato flour
175.00 ml	cornflour
50.00 ml	cocoa powder
250.00 ml	icing sugar
100.00 g	dark chocolate — melted

Method:

Beat the butter until light. Add the egg and beat well. Mix in the remaining
Ingredients, except for the chocolate, to form a firm dough.
Roll into walnut-shaped balls and arrange on a greased baking tray.
Press each ball down with a fork and bake in preheated 150 ºC oven for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool, then dip half of each biscuit into the melted chocolate. Allow to set.
