Chocolate bites

  • 100
    plain milk chocolate, broken into squares
  • 250
    puffed rice
  • 125


Place the chocolate in a bowl and melt for 1-2 minutes on 100 per cent power in the microwave oven. Remember to stir the chocolate squares as they do not lose their shape in the microwave oven and could scorch easily. Add the puffed rice and coconut and mix well. Spoon into small paper cups and chill in the fridge until set. Serve at room temperature. Makes 18 cookies.
