Ingredients (8)

CRUST
80.00 g butter
5.00 ml golden syrup
75.00 ml cocoa powder
250.00 g biscuits — chocolate
FILLING
300.00 g milk chocolate — broken into squares
500.00 g cottage cheese — smooth
TOPPING
50.00 g milk chocolate
450.00 g strawberries — washed and hulled

Method:

Prepare the crust: Heat the butter, golden syrup and cocoa until the butter has melted.
Stir in the biscuit crumbs and mix well. Press into a 20 cm loose-bottomed pie dish and chill until needed. Melt the chocolate in the microwave oven or over a saucepan with boiling water. Stir occasionally. Mix in the cottage cheese and pour into the prepared pie crust. Chill until set. Make the chocolate curls by scraping over the chocolate with a vegetable parer. Stack on top of the filling and decorate with the strawberries.
Makes a medium tart.
