Ingredients (3)

1.00 romany creams
1.00 nestlé dessert cream — chilled
1.00 peaches — halves, canned

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Coarsely crush the biscuits.

Add the Cream to the crumbs gradually to form a stiff mixture.

Place a large spoonful of the mixture into each peach half.

Place in the oven for 5 – 10 minutes until chocolate begins to melt.

Serve with extra cream if liked.

This dessert is also excellent served cold – simply omit last step.

Tips:

This is perfect when you need a tasty dessert in a hurry!

Vary the filling by using ginger or buttercrust biscuits for a change of flavour.
