Choc-nut wafer biscuits

    dark chocolate
  • 30

    chocolate wafer biscuits
  • 200
    condensed milk
  • 20
  • 45
    crunchy peanut butter
  • 100
    white chocolate


Melt dark chocolate and stir in 10 ml of the butter.
Line a 28 x 18 cm baking tray with aluminium foil.
Spread chocolate over the foil.
Top with half the wafer biscuits.
Trim the biscuits if necessary to make sure they fit properly and there are no gaps.
Heat the condensed milk, syrup and remaining 20 ml butter.
Simmer, stirring until the mixture begins to bubble.
Continue to cook for a further three minutes, then remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter.
Spread over the wafers.
Top with remaining wafers.
Spread with remaining chocolate and refrigerate until set.
Once set, remove from the fridge and peel off the foil.
Place the wafers on a cooling rack and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
Refrigerate until set, then turn pieces over and drizzle the other side with remaining white chocolate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
