Ingredients (13)

125.00 g pasta — fettuccine
200.00 g pork — fillet, sliced
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
oil
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
2.00 red chilli — deseeded, finely chopped
3.00 cm fresh ginger — grated
45.00 ml soy sauce
30.00 ml hoisin sauce — or oyster sauce
200.00 g prawns — frozen
60.00 ml mixed bean sprouts
3.00 fresh chives — finely chopped
lettuce — shredded

Method:

Boil the noodles in sufficient salted water until tender. Drain and set aside. Season the pork with salt and pepper and fry in heated oil in a pan until just brown. Add the garlic, chilli and ginger and stir-fry for a few minutes. Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce and prawns and heat until the prawns are just done. Add the noodles, bean sprouts and chives, mix and heat through. Serve immediately with shredded lettuce leaves and lemon slices. Serves 2.
