Chinese duck with plum sauce

  • 1
    large duck breast, roasted
  • cucumber, seeded and cut into strips
  • 2
    spring onions, cut into strips
  • 125
    ready made plum sauce


Cut duck horizontally into thin slices. Place a few strips of cucumber and spring onion in the centre of each duck slice. Roll up and place each on a Chinese spoon. Drizzle with plum sauce. Makes 30.
