1.00 duck — breast, roasted
0.00 cucumber — deseedeed, strips
2.00 spring onions — cut into strips
125.00 ml plum sauce — ready-made

Method:

Cut duck horizontally into thin slices. Place a few strips of cucumber and spring onion in the centre of each duck slice. Roll up and place each on a Chinese spoon. Drizzle with plum sauce.
Makes 30.
