Chilli vodka

  • 700
  • tonic water (optional)
  • 12
    red chillies (or use less to taste)


Pour yourself a vodka and tonic, creating enough space in the vodka bottle to add chillies. Add chillies to taste and seal bottle. Leave for at least 2 to 3 days before use, but preferably for a week in the freezer. Makes about 23 tots.
