Ingredients (16)

45.00 ml oil
3.00 red chilli — deseeded and finely chopped
3.00 garlic — cloves, finely chopped
100.00 g chicken breast fillets — cut into strips
50.00 g green beans — sliced
1.00 carrots — sliced
1.00 red pepper — deseeded and cut into strips
1.00 green pepper — deseeded and cut into strips
30.00 ml water
5.00 ml fish sauce
5.00 ml soy sauce — light
5.00 ml golden mountain sauce
15.00 ml oyster sauce
5.00 ml soy sauce — dark
5.00 ml white sugar
10.00 fresh basil

Method:

Heat the oil in a wok. Sauté the chillies and garlic until fragrant.
Add the chicken, green beans, carrot, and green and red peppers and stir-fry lightly. Add water as required.
Add the fish sauce and light soy sauce, Golden Mountain sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar. Stir-fry for about 1 minute or until the chicken is done.
Add the basil leaves just before serving.
Serve in a deep plate garnished with basil leaves.
