Ingredients (8)

15.00 ml butter
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
500.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated
250.00 ml edam cheese — grated
45.00 ml beer
2.00 ml Worcestershire sauce
1.00 fresh chillies — deseeded and finely chopped
125.00 ml cottage cheese — smooth

Method:

Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic until tender.
Process the cheeses in a food processor and add the remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. (To make the mixture easier to spread, add the cottage cheese.)
Makes about 250 ml (1 c).
