Ingredients (5)

60.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
5.00 ml chilli paste
10.00 ml fresh ginger — grated
5.00 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
2.00 ml mustard — powder

Method:

Blend all ingredients together and smooth over fish fillets, on one side only (see grilled linefish recipe).
Allow to stand for 10 to 15 minutes before grilling.
