Ingredients (11)

1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
10.00 ml fresh ginger — grated
oil
250.00 g baby corn
30.00 ml chilli sauce
75.00 ml soy sauce
15.00 ml sherry
5.00 ml sugar
4.00 tomatoes — peeled, wedges
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
4.00 fresh chives

Method:

Sauté the garlic and ginger in a little oil until soft. Add the baby corn and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until soft but still crisp. Add the remaining ingredients except the chives, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with the chives and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
