250.00 ml winter melon — cubed
500.00 ml yoghurt — Bulgarian
500.00 ml stock — vegetable or chicken
125.00 ml fresh mint
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
0.00 bread — crusty, to serve
