Ingredients (8)

350.00 g raspberries — frozen
30.00 ml icing sugar
45.00 ml schnapps
250.00 ml cream — double thick
250.00 ml sour cream
30.00 ml honey — clear
2.00 kiwi fruit — sliced
125.00 g oats

Method:

1. Purée frozen raspberries with icing sugar and schnapps until smooth.
2. Whip cream until it holds its shape, then fold in sour cream and honey.
3. Layer raspberry and cream mixtures, kiwi fruit and oat cereal alternately into 4 glasses. Refrigerate until needed. Serve on the same day.
