Ingredients (7)

250.00 g raspberries — fresh or frozen
250.00 g blackberries — fresh or frozen
65.00 ml wine — sweet
500.00 ml water
mixed berries — to garnish
1.00 bread — croissant, toasted
250.00 ml yoghurt — low fat

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 ºC.
Place berries and sweet wine in an ovenproof bowl and bake for 40 minutes, or until berries release their juices.
Add water, bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Purée until smooth. Refrigerate until well chilled.
Spoon into 4 bowls and serve, decorated with a few extra berries, a quarter of the toasted croissant and a dollop of yoghurt.
