2.00 tin chickpeas — drained
2.00 tin tuna
100.00 g capers
5.00 ml lemon — zest only
50.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
10.00 ml fresh Italian parsley — chopped
5.00 ml seasoning

Method:

Mix drained chickpeas and tuna in a bowl. Add small capers, lemon zest, olive oil, chopped flat-leaf parsley and seasoning. Spoon onto bread, and buen apetito!
