Ingredients (8)

SALAD DRESSING
400.00 g pimento peppers — tinned, diced
1.00 onion — sliced
2.00 orange — peeled, segmented
10.00 ml peppercorns — black, crushed
15.00 ml vinegar — balsamic
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
OTHER
4.00 chicken breast fillets

Method:

Blend all the ingredients for the salad dressing in the bowl and set aside. Season the chicken pieces with salt and fry in a little oil in a heated pan until brown on both sides. Heat until done but still juicy. Serve with the dressing. Serves 3.
