Chicken tikka and banana bites

  • 30
    tikka paste (or curry paste)
  • 60
    Greek yoghurt
  • 3
    boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • sliced banana
  • coriander leaves


1. Mix the tikka paste with the Greek yoghurt in a freezer container. 2. Add the cubed chicken and marinate overnight, then freeze. Use within two months. TO SERVE: Thaw overnight in the fridge, then grill until cooked and golden. Thread onto cocktail sticks with slices of banana and coriander leaves. Makes 24.
