Chicken sausage with lentils

    chicken sausage, sliced
  • 1
    can of lentils, drained
  • 1
    can of Italian chopped tomatoes
  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 2
    cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2
    tablespoons olive oil


Heat the olive oil, add the garlic and onion and cook over a low heat until soft and golden brown. Add the sausage and cook for a few minutes before adding the lentils and tomatoes. Leave over a low heat until the liquid is reduced and you have a nice thick sauce. Serve immediately.
